At Atticus Publishing, we commit to completing all publishing service orders within 2 to 3 months of receiving your final manuscript and necessary materials. This comprehensive process includes:
- Content Evaluation & Detailed Editorial Assessment (starting with the Advanced Package)
- Professional Cover Design and Interior Layout
- Distribution setup to partnered bookstores, including Amazon.com
- Shipment of your published copies to your designated address
Service Delays
Fulfillment times may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as shipping problems, editors requiring additional time to resolve complex editorial issues, or high volume at our printing partners. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and provide a revised estimated fulfillment date.
Refund Policy: Publishing
- 50% Money-Back Guarantee: You are entitled to a 50% refund if there is only partial performance of the services (e.g., content evaluation, editing service initiation, or design conceptualization) and you are dissatisfied with the outcome, provided the project is not yet completed.
- No Refund After Completion: Once you have formally approved and signed the final draft, and the publishing process is complete (printed copies delivered, book/s made available on Amazon.com), **no further refund can be granted.**
★ Book Marketing & Promotion
We strive to fulfill individual book promotion orders within 5 business days of submission. Please note that bundled marketing packages may require up to one month to complete, and the timeline will be fully explained by your marketing advisor during service recommendation.
Scheduling Adjustments
Services involving external media, such as TV and Radio interviews, are subject to rescheduling. Should this occur, we will immediately notify you and work to secure the closest available schedule that aligns with your availability.
Refund Policy: Marketing
- 50% Refund for Partial Work: A 50% refund may be granted if partial work has been completed (e.g., forms/questionnaires filled out, analyses provided, draft publicity created, or interview slot booked) and you choose not to proceed, provided all presented alternatives were declined.
- No Refund After Fulfillment: Once the contracted service or services have been successfully fulfilled and the final service report has been dispatched to your registered email address, **no refund will be granted.**
★ General Guarantees & Limitations
Limitation of Guarantee
While we utilize our best efforts to produce the highest quality book and promote it to our network, we cannot guarantee sales or specific results from our publishing or marketing services. We also cannot guarantee acceptance by external entities such as traditional publishing companies or movie producers.
Digital Channels
We reserve the right to use various promotional methods (email newsletters, social media, advertising). However, we are not liable for any delays, technical issues, or performance problems that may arise with these third-party channels. We also reserve the right to reject books for promotion that do not meet our quality or content standards.
